About PatchSpace

PatchSpace was founded in January 2008 by me, Ashley Moran.

I have five years' experience working in software development. I began working in SQL Server database administration for the finance sector, before moving on to business reporting. I then took on FreeBSD and PostgreSQL system administration for web application hosting, and ultimately web development using Ruby on Rails.

Since forming PatchSpace, I have spent my time coaching teams in agile management practices, and showing developers how to write, cleaner, more stable code.
