Ash has been working in the software industry for 6 years. He is an experienced user of Lean and Agile project management and software development practices.
An enthusiastic Ruby developer, he is a practitioner of object-oriented design and test/behaviour-driven development. He has a strong interest in applying systems thinking to software development.

Having spent a decade writing software, then a decade managing those who wrote software, Andy has returned to the developer fold and is now practising Agile development with Ruby.
A great proponent of "outside-in" development Andy uses BDD/TDD techniques to create compelling websites with features that work well and that people actually enjoy using.

Mitch has 6 years of experience in online online design, development and marketing. He has branded websites and companies, and designed sites from brochure size to massive e-commerce stores.
